CANCELLATION POLICY:

When cancelling an appointment, we require 24 hours notice, as the Therapists are scheduled especially for you 

LATE POLICY:

Should you arrive late for your appointment, the Therapist will attempt to provide as much of the treatment as possible in the remaining time. This will however not overrun the alloted time out of rerspect for the next client
